What is a Building Permit?
A Building Permit ensures that the statutory and regulatory requirements of
Planning Permission and current Building Codes are met while construction work, additions, renovations and/or changes to a building operation are carried out.
Why do we have a Building Code?
The intent of the Building Code is to safeguard public health, safety and general welfare through:
