\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Residential\/Commercial Permits (in association with valid planning permission): Planning permission must have been granted with approval still valid.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Permitted Development Permits (PDPs): The proposed scope of work must comply with the General Development Order (GDO).<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Permit Revisions: The number of revisions will be reviewed. If a planning revision is required, it must be included in the submission.<\/p>

\u2022 Contact Information:<\/strong> Ensure all listed contacts have verified CSS accounts and\u00a0complete and accurate contact information is provided<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Required Drawings:<\/strong> Complete set of relevant drawings (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) as detailed by the Submission Checklist<\/a>.<\/p>

\u2022 Invoice Payment:<\/strong> Once the application passes initial screening and fee verification, an invoice is issued to the applicant.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Invoices are now marked \u201cDue Upon Receipt.\u201d<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Engineer-Stamped Drawings \u2013 required for electrical, structural, mechanical, or plumbing elements.<\/p>

\u2022 Demolition Applications<\/strong> required if:<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Demolition occurs within 25 feet of a public road; or
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 o Asbestos is present.<\/p>

Permit applications will proceed to initial review only after all items identified above, including sign-off from the Department of Health (where applicable) have been received<\/strong>. Once received, the Department of Planning will review the submission for completeness and compliance with the Bermuda Building Code. \u2022 Revised plans and any other outstanding information must be submitted within 21 calendar days<\/strong> of the review being issued by the Department of Planning. The application will be rejected<\/strong><\/span> if:<\/p>
