This applies to all such applications unless the Board specifically agrees to waive these advertisement requirements for an individual case or circumstance. These advertisement provisions do not apply to applications for revisions or renewals of planning permission or permitted development permits, which do not require any public notification.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-91602f6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"91602f6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d3451b4\" data-id=\"d3451b4\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa9d91d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aa9d91d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Site Notices<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6801de5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6801de5\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-386a14e\" data-id=\"386a14e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca3f013 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca3f013\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once an application passes vetting, applicants are required to display a Notice of Planning Application in an appropriate location on or adjacent to the application site (multiple notices may be required to be displayed in certain circumstances, as noted below). A template notice can be obtained by clicking on the image to the right.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All site notices must be completed, in full, and all details included on the site notice must correspond with the details of the planning application; the text to be inserted in the &#8216;Description of Proposed Development&#8217; field will be provided by the Department. Applicants must submit photographs of the displayed notice(s) to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:planningfrontdesk@gov.bm\">planningfrontdesk@gov.bm <\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">within five (5) business days of the request from the Department to display the notice, including the application reference number and site address in the title of the email. A<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">t least one close-distance photograph must be included so the text on the notice is easily legible and at least one photograph from a far distance (i.e. at least a typical road width away) must be provided so the location of the displayed notice within the context of the local area can be clearly identified.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If adequate evidence is not provided within this timeframe and\/or the site notice is deficient and\/or has not been displayed in an appropriately publicly visible location, the application may be rejected and a <\/b><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>separate<\/b><\/span><b style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> application would need to be submitted together with an additional fee.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Site notices must also meet the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"make-column-clickable-elementor elementor-column elementor-col-50
