Planning applications for development and planning applications for the subdivision of land are publicised by notice published in the Official Gazette and by display of a site notice. Further details on these processes can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Any person may submit comments on planning applications, regardless of whether they would be directly impacted by the proposal.<\/p>

Comments may be submitted in form of a formal objection or as a ‘representation’.\u00a0<\/p>

All comments must be submitted via the Department’s Customer Self-Service portal\u00a0within 14 days of the date advertised in the Official Gazette.\u00a0<\/strong>Any comments submitted after this time may not be considered.<\/p>
