The residential development sector is a critical component of any land use planning system, and it is therefore important to monitor activity within this industry.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Department has made a commitment to publish an annual housing land audit, containing key statistics and associated analysis. This information will be used to shape long-term residential land use policy.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
