The Bermuda Plan 2008 is the operative development plan for all of Bermuda, except the City of Hamilton, which has its own development plan. All applications received prior to 6 June 2008 will still be reviewed under the 1992 Bermuda Plan. In addition, where an ‘In Principle’ application has been approved under the 1992 Bermuda Plan the corresponding ‘In Final’ application will also be assessed under the 1992 Bermuda Plan.
