Bermuda Plan 2008

The Minister of the Environment and Sports declared that the Draft Bermuda Plan 2008 is operative as of 6 June 2008, which is known as ‘Commencement Day.’
The final Bermuda Plan 2008 was approved by resolution of the House of Assembly on the 4th day of June 2010, and by the Senate on the 16th day of June 2010 pursuant to the provisions of section 11(8) of the Development and Planning Act, and is operative as of the 1st day of July 2010.

The Bermuda Plan 2008 Planning Statement and Zoning Maps are available for inspection at the Department of Planning and are available for purchase in hard copy or compact disc format. Alternatively, you may download these documents free of charge from this website.
