Housing Land Audit

In monitoring the effectiveness of land use policy, the Department of Planning must have a clear understanding of activity within key development sectors. The residential development sector is a critical component of any land use planning system, and it is therefore important to monitor activity within this industry.

The Department has made a commitment to publish an annual housing land audit, containing key statistics and associated analysis. This information will be used to shape long-term residential land use policy.

Letters of objection and/or representation should be emailed to planningfrontdesk@gov.bm referencing the PLAN or SUB number in the subject line.
