CSS Update and Important Information

Our Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal recently underwent an update, whereby the system was moved to cloud hosted servers.

As part of the update, we have introduced Community Access. This is a universal authentication (sign-in) system, developed by Tyler Technologies, to create a single login account for access to their wide range of applications.

As a result, all existing CSS users will need to create a Community Access profile, to access their existing account.

Community Access login is modernized to improve security and allows for more login options. (eg. Google, Apple, Microsoft)

CSS LOGIN AND REGISTRATION

STEP 1

CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE

If this is your first time logging back into your CSS account with this new login process, it is recommended that you clear your browser cache first. This prevents any settings/cookies from the previous system from being retained.

STEP 2

On the CSS home page click ‘Login or Register’.

You will receive a pop-up message, telling you about the login change. This pop–up message will only appear once in your browser, or until you clear your browser history.

Click ‘Continue’ and you will be directed to the window shown below.

STEP 3

If this is your first time seeing this login window, please note that your existing CSS login credentials will not work here.

You will first need to create your Community Access profile to access your existing account.

You do that by first clicking on ‘create an account’.

You will only have to do this once.

ALL existing CSS Account Users need to click ‘Create an account’ and complete this new registration process.

MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO REGISTER YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT

This will ensure that this new login process syncs with your existing account.

Enter the required contact information, including email, first name, last name and a password. It’s also recommended you include a mobile phone number.

Click on the Sign Up button when finished.

STEP 4

The email address you provided will receive a verification email with a code. The email will come from Community Access Identify (noreply@identity.tylerportico.com).

Copy the verification code from the email and enter it into the verification window.

STEP 5

*This is optional

For additional security, you have the option to set up an additional authentication process, using the options provided.

If you prefer not to use any of those methods, you can just click Continue.

STEP 6

On the Registration pages that follow, click ‘Continue’ and then confirm personal information and address.

Done!
