Existing CSS Account Holders

Are you trying to log into your existing CSS account but you’re NOT receiving the verification code?

Are you trying to reset the password for your existing CSS account, but you’re not receiving the password reset email?

If you already have a Customer Self Service (CSS) account but are having trouble logging into that account, this information may be relevant to you.

On September 25th, 2025 our CSS portal underwent an update, whereby the system was moved to cloud hosted servers.

As part of the update, we have introduced Community Access. This is a universal authentication (sign-in) system, developed by Tyler Technologies, to create a single login account for access to their wide range of applications.

As a result, all existing CSS users will need to create a Community Access profile, to access their existing account. You only have to set this up once and then you will be able to log into your account normally.

Community Access login is modernized to improve security and allows for more login options. (eg. Google, Apple, Microsoft)

How to Create Your Community Access Profile

Step 1

Open the CSS home page and click on ‘Login or Register’.

Step 2

Click on ‘Create an account’

This is how you create your Community Access profile to access your existing account.

You will only have to do this once.

Step 3

ENTER THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO REGISTER YOUR EXISTING CSS ACCOUNT

This will ensure that this new login profile syncs with your existing account.

Enter the required contact information, including email, first name and last name. It’s also recommended you include a mobile phone number, but it is not required.

Create a password that meets the listed password requirements.

*You can just use your existing CSS account password if preferred.

Click ‘Sign Up’

Step 4

You will receive an email, like the one below, from Community Access Identify (noreply@identity.tylerportico.com), with a verification code.

Enter the code into the field provided.

Click ‘Verify’.

Step 5

*This is optional

For additional security, you have the option to set up an additional authentication process, using the options provided.

If you prefer not to use any of those methods, you can just click Continue.

Step 6

You will be directed to the CSS, to complete 3 registration steps, just to confirm the details of your account.

Click ‘Continue’

Step 7

Confirm that your personal information is correct and specify your Contact Preference

Click ‘Next’

Step 8

Confirm that your address is correct.

*If you prefer to not provide an address, you can just put ‘Bermuda’ in the top line.

Click ‘Submit’

Done!
