Advertised Planning Applications
Planning applications for development and planning applications for the subdivision of land are publicised by notice published in the Official Gazette and by display of a site notice. Further details on these processes can be found here.
Any person may submit comments on planning applications, regardless of whether they would be directly impacted by the proposal.
Comments may be submitted in form of a formal objection or as a ‘representation’.
All comments must be submitted via the Department’s Customer Self-Service portal within 14 days of the date advertised in the Official Gazette. Any comments submitted after this time may not be considered.
